Depending on what you require and what you body needs, some or many of the following techniques can be used within your massage.

​Swedish Massage



Developed and evolved by Peter Henry Ling (1776-1837), who is generally concidered the "father of Swedish massage". Ling devised it while working with the Swedish Gymnastic Movement. This massage focus on superfisial muscle, increasing oxygen levels and relieving physical tension. 

Myofascial Release

 

It covers us from head to toe. Around every organ and even in bone. Fascia. Its what connects and holds us together. And it has memory. This is a quick & powerful way of releasing pain, tension and restrictions within the connective tissue. Stuck, hardened and dehydrated areas become soft, re-introducing movement and allowing release within the body - to cellular level.

Working from maps of predefined pressure points located on the hands, feet, head and ears. Reflexology works through pressure points that are connected directly through the nervous system, affecting the 

organs, glands while deeply relaxing.  

​Deep Tissue Oil Massage



Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of the deeper muscles sets and connective tissue. It is really helpful for chronic aches and pains in contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg, and shoulders tightness.

​Trigger Point Massage
 

Trigger points exist all over the body, hundreds of

them. Embedded in both the muscle & the 

fascia. This massage can help release problems such as, headaches, CPT symptoms, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, back issues, sciatica, & more.
